TradeAnchor is a trading journal: it helps you log your trades, analyze your performance, and work on your trading discipline/psychology. We are not a broker, we do not execute trades, and we do not provide financial or investment advice. Every trading decision is yours and at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeAnchor. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
When you connect a MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) account, we only use your read-only investor password. TradeAnchor can never place trades, withdraw funds, or modify your broker account — it only reads your trade history to sync it to your journal.
TradeAnchor offers a free plan with usage limits, and paid plans with more capacity. Payments are processed via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the already-paid period, and you won't be charged for the next cycle.
Refunds: we don't offer automatic refunds for partial periods already started. If you had an issue with a charge (duplicate charge, technical error on our end, etc.), email us at support@tradeanchor.co within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it case by case.
You may not use TradeAnchor to resell the service, attempt to access other users' accounts, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
TradeAnchor is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be error-free at all times, or that data sync will be instant. We are not responsible for losses resulting from your trading decisions.
You can delete your account and your data at any time by emailing support@tradeanchor.co.
We may update these terms occasionally. If there are significant changes, we'll notify you inside the app.
